A veteran of the Alexandria Bay Fire Department faces drunk driving charges after allegedly striking a girl with his pick-up truck. Lloyd Strough, 81, of Anthony Street, Alexandria Bay was arrested Wednesday night.

Lenora G. Williams Gee, 83, of Alexandria, Ind., died Monday, May 5, 2008, after a sudden illness. She was born Oct. 21, 1924, in Syracuse, a daughter of Ralph and Mae Billingsley Williams. On Jan. 2, 1961, she was married to James Gee, who survives of the home.
