Falcons Hatch High Atop Allentown Tower (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
Conservation history hatched, in an unusual place. Three peregrine falcon chicks have come into the world, high atop PPL headquarters in Allentown.

Youth choir of Allentown to hold show May 16, 18 (Examiner)
The youth choir of the Allentown Presbyterian Church will present "Pirates of the I-Don't-Care'ibbean" at 7 p.m. May 16 and 8:30 and 11 a.m. May 18 during regular church services. Peregrine falcon chicks at PPL Tower are a first for Lehigh County. Allentown played host to conservation history Tuesday when two of the four peregrine falcon eggs hatched in a nest atop PPL Corp.'s downtown headquarters.

ALLENTOWN - Claire Haeuptle tripled and scored a run in the third when Robbinsville scored three times on the way to a 3-1 victory over Allentown yesterday. Haeuptle also pitched a three-hitter, with seven strikeouts, to earn the victory. Letia Taylor had two singles for Allentown.

Allentown doctors back Ditka's Gridiron Greats (The Philadelphia Inquirer)
OAA Orthopaedic Specialists of Allentown has partnered with the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, a not-for-profit organization co-founded by Hall of Famer Mike Ditka, and will begin providing medical care free of charge to former NFL players who could not otherwise afford it.
