Quake Slight Damages Iloilo Buildings
ILOILO CITY, Philippines — The strong earthquake that hit Visayas Monday slightly damaged Iloilo buildings.   The six-storey Iloilo Provincial Capitol had several cracks on the wall of the ground floor, just above the portrait of Iloilo governors.
